Teaming up with the Food Bank of Lincoln
October 26, 2014 | 3:00 pm - O'Donnell Auditorium, Nebraska Wesleyan University, Rogers Center for Fine Arts
This concert features places we gather… in song, in worship, in community and in motion. As a community organization we want to lift up the community of Lincoln. Come and support the work and hope that the Food Bank of Lincoln provides by bringing some type of donation for the Food Bank to the concert. Several of the selections for this concert will feature professional dancers under the direction of Molly Cardenas. This will truly be a uniting experience.
Listen to the Choral Artist's performance of George Manos's "Missa Brevis" accompanied by organist John Friesen from May 2011.
$1075 was given by 23 Donors in 2014. Consider giving at anytime.
The balance between the actors and choir was excellent, and the choir’s quality vocals added liveliness to the numbers without taking away from what was going on on the main stage. Having the men in the choir join in on “There is Nothin’ Like a Dame” added depth to the cast and interest to the tune. (LCA and TADA production of "South Pacific")
