The Lincoln Choral Artists, formerly the Lincoln Civic Choir, is an auditioned, adult community choir of approximately sixty singers from Lincoln and surrounding communities. Our mission is to serve the community by providing an excellent musical experience for our audiences and members.
On April 30, come to the "In Choir" Event and sit in with the Lincoln Choral Artists as we prepare for our spring concert on May 15. Deliberately blurring the line between artists and spectators, "In Choir" creates opportunities for participants, at any level of musical ability, to get inside the rehearsal process.
Join us at 7:30 pm. Room 300 of the Rogers Center for Fine Arts on the Nebraska Wesleyan University campus at N. 50th St and Huntington Ave.

Focus on the youth and new composers & compositions
May 15, 2015 | 7:30 pm - First United Methodist Church, 2723 N. 50th Street
Spring is a time of rejuvenation, expectation, and new beginnings. We celebrate our first year with Mr. Jason Horner, our new Artistic Director, with incredible music from Eric Whitacre, Phillip Stopford, Eric Barnum, and others; including a multi-movement setting of "Mary Had a Little Lamb." We will also be presenting music from a video game and collaborating with a string quartet. Come early and enjoy a beverage while you learn about the music in this evening's concert. Jason Horner will lead a pre-concert discussion.

No one who attended the Artist's unforgettable presentation of "To Be Certain of the Dawn" departed untouched. The combined performance of so many talented musicians was a gift and an inspiration to be long remembered.
